Problem Statement

Project progress measurement & reporting done manually and with errors which was impacting invoices and increasing overheads. Due to project staff attrition, no standardization and prior knowledge was lost. Also the client was struggling to optimize the resources and work fronts where they can manage their projects effectively


Automation – Utilizing patented NLP, Progress tracker of all the commodities was built which was real time, feeding the information directly from the site providing Andon and invoicing

Resource Optimization & Work fronts Planning - Using Artificial Neural Networks developed a push planning system in which the QA/QC department were presented the next actionable tests to be carried out linked with the resource availability, their skill sets, their productivity and readiness. The users were also able to assign tasks and travel cards with automation of NDE request.
